Can blood be used for paint?
If you plan on preserving blood for art, you can use water. I don’t recommend using too much, though- the quality of blood will go down a considerable amount. it’s also worth considering that blood doesn’t stay red- if the blood goes onto a canvas when it’s fresh, it’ll dry into a more brown color.
Can you splatter oil paint?
Spattering is a term which means spraying small droplets of paint onto the canvas. Spatter techniques in oil paintings can be applied to create a sense of mist, fog, ocean spray, or random wildflowers.
